Upon completion of the Montane neighborhood (an upscale residential development west of Denver) our client Shea Properties asked for our help to create a book capturing the full story of the process from start to finish. Our design incorporated thoughtful organization and engaging photography into a custom bound hardcover book that serves as a keepsake item for stakeholders, as well as being a physical portfolio piece for Shea Properties.
