Westerra Credit Union is a member-owned cooperative with a deep local heritage. Westerra focuses on the individual, working with members to help them achieve financial success. The Westerra website did not effectively capture this member-first positioning, and was failing to engage a large portion of its target audience – first-time account holders.

We partnered with 303 Software to redesign the complete online experience, built on the ExpressionEngine CMS, and including, brand-forward UI design, information architecture and responsive assets. We adjusted site architecture to make content more digestible, allowing users to view an escalating amount of detail as they navigated deeper into the site, and utilized imagery featuring lifestyle and the outdoors to resonate with a Colorado audience.
